Thank you for shopping with RevitalSeat™. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help with refunds and returns under the terms described below.
Returns
You have [30] days from the date you receive your order to request a return and refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• With all tags and accessories included
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. If the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, send us an email at the contact information below.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items not in original condition
• Special promotions or clearance items (unless required by law)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
