Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

The average delivery time is 6–10 business days after your order has been shipped. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, or severe weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any additional shipping options and associated costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact our customer support team so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
